  • I wish your video was longer and tackled the pyschologial affects bullying has on the victim. Why would companies allow a manager like this to exist and risk the chance of hurting their companies reputation. Bullies are psychopaths and harrassers. Spending all of their time thinking of ways to bully a person. If the victim has done nothing wrong why leave?

  • AGREE!!!

  • Pump up the volume.

  • HR's job is to protect the company's image - so they will most likely side with the bully boss - and really good, snake-y bullies know how to con their own superiors, and make you look bad, no matter what.

Get away, get away get away. I've done everything there is to do (barring violence / jail time).

  • if you feel bad all the times

    rehash events

    self-esteem suffers

    don't take it personally

    circulate your resume

HR - try to work thiys out yourself

intimidate you in front of others

bullies looks for opportunities to exert their power over you. You feel ashamed.

less reaction = less entertainment for bullies.

spend time with good friends, counselors, supportive people.

  • good video, i've read a lot about bully bosses. i once had an experience working for a consulting comapany, and i was sent to work for one of our customers, and it turned out that one of the personnel there decided to engage in the process of bullying me. this made it really difficult, because this bully worked for our customer, and so it was very difficult to try and resolve this without creating any sort of conflict between my company and our customer
