My current project on our server, is my underwater bio research lab. I got the idea from the " HIVE " in the resident evil movie series and a little bio shock and whatever else to get my mind rolling. Has been several weeks in the project but not a every day I get to work on it. Every thing has been mined out of the ocean floor and no spawned items, Used sponges to keep from drowning.

@mkonji24 Oh I see. When I play Classic from time to time I really like sponges. I really wish they'd come back legitimately, like out of sand as you said.

i play on the same server, we have a mod that makes them work and allows you to get them from sand sometimes.

How did you get sponges without spawning items? I'm pretty sure they need to be hacked in to get them, and even then they didn't work...
Either way that's cool, and I look forward to seeing more!

Our server runs a mod, Unfortunately I do not know the name of it, its like block drop mod or something like that, but it works perfectly fine on our server, what you do is make a wood bowl and you pan for items out of gravel. can find sponge, flint, gold ore, diamonds, lapis. Its very handy.
