i know you wont believe this but the song is about my sister her name is elizabeth ann robinson she was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis when she was born. everything you hear in the song is completly true.

Wagner has struggled with neurofibromatosis, a genetic disorder that causes small growths on her nerves, since she was 2 years old.
