  • @whiteheartmovies I use oats! oats are amazing! they give a great texture to teh meatloaf! use the same neasure as the amount of breadcrumbs the recipie calls for.

  • @tmp197 well the fat cant drain away from the meat in a loaf pan...who wants soggy greasy meatloaf braised in its own fat? Putting meatloaf in a loafpan is something i really DONT understand....

  • wow..i have to get a big baking pan?! This sucks cuz i have a fitted loaf pan

  • There are other flours: potato, rye, rice. Try one of those. The bread crumbs (or other flour type) help keep the moisture in.
