http://www.weforum.org 5.5.2011 Morgan Tsvangirai, Prime Minister of Zimbabwe, speaks out on the need for stable and fair democratic elections in Zimbabwe and all of Africa during the World Economic Forum on Africa 2011.
@Lettime1 GM. I am sorry. As far as I am concernet he seems to be very competent for the duties at the office. More over, he has been just 2 years in power, which is about 1/4 or the time western prime ministers remain in power under constitutional conditions, more over, internationally he inspires credibility. Best to the people of Zimbawe. S.R.
I am really astonished by the way Tsvangirai unearths the point that 'some people think that they have the divine right to rule the country' yet he overshadows the fact that he also used the fact that he founded the MDC to effect an alteration of the his term MDC of office. He is no better that Mugabe in terms of the obsession of power and the greed to always lead.i begin to question whether the MDC has any other leaders...
So what is your strategy to bring about this paradigm shift? How different would you be if you were to lose an election? You have already shown a desire to overstayed your welcome as lader of MDC by manipulating the constitution of the party to perpetuate your stay at the helm. Is it any wonder that Africawill always be behind?
Why do I feel the urge to hug him?
