  • yes you should do all the exercises everyday, use lip rolls and the first 5 or 10 exercises to warm up, and then go through the entire program as many times as you can every day

  • very good to find your natural full voice!!!!!!

  • yes, that is your larynx being pulled down and so all muscles connected to it (jaw) get pulled down too - these ex. stop that

  • I have always had a problem that when ever I had to sing higher notes, my jaw muscles would start hurting, now I know what I can do to stop that from happening.

  • hey just wondering, have u tried this exercise b4? Does it work? lol

  • It connects your bridges!

  • what is this exercise suppose to do?

  • Question for anyone who can help! I've been doing this program for about a week but I'm a little confused about how to proceed. For example, once I get through, say, exercises 1 - 10, do I continue doing 1 thru 10 everyday as I work my way up to 11, or (after I'm comfortable with 1 thru 10) do I run through the first few exercises just to warm my voice up than skip to 11 (or whichever exercise I'm ready for)?
