Michael Pink was one of my favorite directors, along with Simon Dow and Basil.
I remember dancing Arabian in Nutcracker Festival when I was 15, and Simon was watching; afterward, he asked all the teachers, "who is that girl?! She's amazing! We ought to get her for the company." ...And I was tickled pink (no pun intended); Michael was such a great director and so instructive to the students. We were sad to see Bobby and Simon and Basil go, but Michael is a great replacement.
