oo and I was also wondering if some of the moves 4 teh spear or other techniques were freestyle because I never seen any of my sefu's perform the spear that way be4 or use double falcions in a form.

Thanks trick, your sifu is my good friend and CLF brother... The spear set is from Mr Han, Shek Kin, so its not CLF but a mixed Northern Spear... Hope to visit u all soon!

Hey Joe! Great video! I use to train under you and sifu lee siu hung almost 10 years ago :) I now train in muay Thai and my choy lay fut background helps tremendously!!!

thats how the northern spear is held in northern shaolin kung fu. so its normal for it not to look the same way you were taught if you do choy lee fut.

wow your amazing so you also teach at the Lee Koon Hung center?? I'm from Tat Wong Kung fu academy and I love it how you combine ur gymnastic's ability with choy lay fut kung fu especially at the end of the 5 animals! can you visit sometimes??
