We Are Lights sung by the 2005 cast of Wicked. This song is featured on the "Broadway's Greatest Gifts: Carols for a Cure Volume 7" CD. *I DO NOT OWN ANYTHING*

  • I'm Jew and It doesn't sound to me very Jewish, but today they make all kind of songs. Anyway, I see that It was not performed by a Jewish Choir because in the end they write down "happy holidays" instead of writing: "Happy Hanukka". Anyway, very nice gesture if it was performed by non jews, as I think it was. Happy Hanukka to All and happy holidays to the world .חנוכה שמח לכולם!

  • @LleraCronicas If you read the description, it says that this was performed by the 2005 Broadway cast of Wicked for the annual Carols for a Cure CD

  • I'm a Buddhist, but it doesn't matter because this is a beautiful song!

  • @1FineFootballPlayer

I am a believer in Yeshua (Jesus), who celebrated "The Festival of Lights" and in the Holy Scriptures, He says, "I AM the Light to the World", so I also celebrate Hanukkah using His Light to light the little lights each night.. God had called the Jewish People to be lights in a dark world, Yeshua will be known by all, God's Word will not return void. The Jewish People ARE still the Apple of God's eye. Baruch HaShem.

  • GREAT!!!!! Finaly version which says that we are lights, not only with words but with music, voices and soul. CONGRATULATIONS!!

  • My school is doing this song, but we are doing the middle school Choral Ensemble. PS. I'm from Oxford, Pennsylvania

  • Listening to Hanukkah songs all my life. This is the first one that I found that was so pretty and beautiful.

  • im singing this song for school but a littler but faster and lower keys from the piano
