Hey Steve... I was a non-breakfast eater as well. This is definitely not just for mommies... I think three time Mr. Olympia winner, Hulk Hogan, MMA fighters and many weight lifters would agree, they LOVE the shakes!

@heartsafecooking you can find all the ingredients on this page ww.itpaystolose.myvi.net/products.html in the second section on the page. Click on the i (for info) on each of the products. They are manufactured under "Good Manufacturing Practices" so everything is disclosed. The only ingredient I really had a question with was Sucralose... and there is only 0.003 mg in a shake... you would have to drink 2 shakes a day for five years to match the amount in ONE packet of Splenda...
