  • Not only do you guys clearly understand your gear, but you SHOOT very well. Shooting video is a SKILL. It can't be bought, it has to be learned. I wish some enthusiasts would understand that that is where MOST of the magic of video is. I loved this little short. thanks

  • @KRAFTWERK2K6 then what do you recommend? I myself have no loyalty to brands - I'm not a fanboy of any platform or anything so what is this magic camera you speak of that is cheaper and better quality than the 5D? That's what everyone is looking for - it seems you know something the rest of us don't. What do you think of the Canon XH-A1S?

  • This made me want to buy all the gear I don't have and make a fuckin movie.... arrrrghhh.. Oh well, I'll be on set this week anyway... just wont be my set.

  • Witch cam did you feel was better?

  • What i wanna know is what lens was that for the close up eye shot at 2:53

    24-70 or the 100mm macro??

    Anyone?

  • i like this film set in new york city i like it alot

  • Can I work with you guys? I'll do it for free

  • This is really good shooting! :D And about 3:11 i was wearing earphones and then The music sounded like it was going side to side :P But really great shooting! :D

  • @TheNewVideos There are many professional filmmakers who are using DSLRs for client work. Its all about the right tool for the job. If you need that shallow DOF, the small form factor, you would use a 5D, with video gear, you still need video lighting, tripods etc. and when they see the results they will be fine with it. You wouldn't however shoot an hour long corporate presentation with it, or at least not as a main camera.

  • WHATS WRONG WITH SHOOTING VIDEO WITH THE 5D THAT SHIT LOOK GOOD FUCK WHAT THE CLIENT WANTS OR EXPEXT A CAMERA TO LOOK LIKE EXPLAIN WHAT IT DOES
