David, Jeannette forwarded your postings before I subscribed to your site some time ago. I first heard your work back in 1975 when a much loved friend from Haiti directed me to your music. When I moved to Victoria I heard of you again through Shawani and attended a few parties at your sister's house. I want to say how much I appreciate your melodic voice and guitar. The dignified peace and calm truths you express sink deep in me at the end of what are sometimes tumultuous days.
