DENIS CIMAF Inc. specializes in developing high-performance industrial brushcutters. In applications such as land clearing, forest fire prevention, roadside maintenace or power, oil or gas line right-of-way preparation or maintenance, DENIS CIMAF brushcutters and brushcutter-chippers are recognized for their productivity and effectiveness.

DENIS CIMAF attachments reduce undesirable vegetation into chips faster even with their lower power requirement. So efficient that no extra power pack is needed! The DAH 100E & DAH 150E horizontal-shaft brushcutter-chippers are an ultra-robust industrial land clearing attachment with a hydraulic drive for material up to 400mm (15")
Horizontal-shaft rotor with fixed knives and bolt-on cutting blades allow this unit to cut and chip dense material in a single pass up to 50%faster than carbide fixed hammer mulchers.
Especially designed for heavy excavators or other boom carriers with similar stability and hydraulic systems.
Designed for intensive brushcutting applications (including land clearing, development and maintenance of transmission line and pipeline right-of-ways, and roadside maintenance).

  • that is one hell of a piece of kit for all the flow it needs! we operate osma flails for railway maintenance but this thing wud chew it up and spit it out!

  • The thing with mulchers is that you buy a machine to suit your application. No good buying a Dennis Cimaf if only need to mulch light material. We have USM units that do up to 6" (150mm) material and units for mini excavators down to 2 ton that do 100mm material & grass, scrub, lantana etc. Denis Cimaf units will do up to 400mm material.

  • Nice machine and good vid. How are they with rocks and other debris on the ground? I'm running a Berti ECF on my 320C and im getting about 400 hours out of a set of flails, even after hitting dirt, rocks, steel, you name it. Its a bit slower but running costs are extremely low, a bit of grease every day and a new set of flails and belts every 400 hours. Its good for up to 10 inch material but nowhere near as quick as a fixed knife machine.
