How to Register on ICQ Chat to troll

Calling all trolls! ICQ has implemented a registry requirement in order to cut down on trolling. This simple tutorial will explain their remarkably easy registry process.

Islam chat is still open to unregistered users. Here is the link: http://chat.icq.com/icqchat/chatroom.php?c_id=168

step 1. Log into the ICQ chat website on any room. Choose a nickname you'd like to register as your nickname.
step 2. Go to the status tab and type /msg nickserv register (password) (email) (( without the ( ) of course ))
step 3. Go to the email and confirm. This may take a few minutes to get sent.
step 4. log into ICQ with the same username you registered. In the first 30 seconds type, again in the status tab, /msg nickserv identify (password)
step 5. type /join #XXXXXXXX where XXXXXXXX is the name of the room you want to join, or, you can choose it from the list of rooms on the right hand side.

anyway, the reason I was asking is because he also lives in Rutland, Vermont. He has a big mass of fans and if they knew that you lived in the same town they would bug you to go meet him and tape it. there was one guy from Florida that drove all the way up there just to go see him. He is kind of a underground celebrity much like Frank Garrett or Chris the hacker if you know what I mean

Hey do you know Fatman? He is a internet phenomenon that first appeared in 2007 on Youtube and makes live shows on Youtube and Ustream where he eats food and drinks beer on camera.
