how do you change the color of your keys

when you take the bb apart, where the keypad is will be some white lights. i got a washable crayola marker and colored the lights, but after about a month the color starts fade back to white. i might try a permanent sharpie next time

The iphone has a nice layout... but in actuality the blackberry dominates the iphone all day, every day. There are SOOOO many drawbacks to the iphones it's stupid. I had the iphone and traded it for the blackberry 8310 which is pretty basic as far as blackberries go and am hella happy i did. Fuck the iphone

yeah, i hear ya. You cant expect people to do a 180 and be happy with the changes if they have crappy experiences with old products of theirs.

@tkl0085 Yeah, and also.. what made it so big is the BBM, without it, i guarantee that the blackberry would've been a complete failure.

even though u can get a trackpad, but still.. if they think just cuz they changed the trackball imma be magically happy and change it?.. ohh no..

and even if they try to improve the apps, it will never be as good or even near the standards of an iphone/Galaxy/evo

good points, ive heard them trackballs have had been big issues for some. Think the new trackpad has been way overdue. And the blackberry app store is tiny too compared to apple and android. Hopefully with the new os and webkit browser things can start looking up for blackberry owners.

@tkl0085 I have a BOLD 9000, and my brother HAD a bold 9700, they both sucked.

it's a good thing that u got a droid, cuz the blackberry is plain bad, internet is sooo SLOW, applications can go to hell, i don't even call them Apps.. and the processing speed, wow... it made me throw it which made 1 button fly =/... and that lil ball in the middle, if ur hands are sweating/washed or basically have any liquid in it.. it's FUCKED.. u can't move it any more for atleast 2 days till it dry..

which model do you have? I was excited for a blackberry back in may but i got a droid and have had it up til now, and am pretty happy with it. I know blackberry aint the best when it comes to apps or internet, but u like its simplicity and qwerty keyboards

@tkl0085 I have a blackberry, i was excited as much as u are right now for a BlackBerry, thought it was better with all the features and stuff in it.. But i was sooo wrong, its processing speed is sooo slow, it's frustrating, it freezes alot, it has alot of bugs and issues, and the only good thing about it is the BlackBerry Messenger, which sucks now.. i'm probably gonna get an HTC EVO 4g, if not.. a Galaxy or an iphone 4g.. but believe me, you do NOT want a Blackberry.. the apps in it suck too
