@SUNBLAKCARBON666 the problem and reason the void is so huge (and thus atheists have less chance of sharing insight than the doubts of a confessed christian) is because we've been conditioned to believe this. We've been brought up to believe we r handicapped and must lean on this crutch to make it. Empowerment has the potential to throw these out and so parents will often stress this to a very controlled, caged degree. you can go to college & think outside the box but only if it's inside christ

People look to religion for spirtual guidance,comfort,hope,a purpose,a greater meaning to life. While your speaking to ppl. as an Atheist and by some narrow chance your able to convert them fr. Theism how would you propose to fill that void? There will be a huge void to fill.

If you need food,clothing and shelter and a church (in the name of religion) provides these things to the ppl. ppl. will follow it regardless of whether they believe or not. Btw I am Atheos myself.

Christianity is not issue; being an atheist is more of the issue because we don't play by religious rules. The rules say love thy neighbor as thy self, yet then some how through the years we started to believe we were black and they are not. We may never in our lifetime overcome what being a human is all about, simply put; we've been programmed from day 1 to see and not to trust. Look at any job application and find out how religion sees you.Black, white or other.what the hell is that for!
