Here's a completely forgotten about song from the country-pop group Funky Communication Committee. It reached #47 on the Billboard Pop chart in 1979 (Free Flight 11595). I would bet that nobody has played this song in 30 years.

  • I am 54 yrs old and have had a great life, but outside of that I can honestly say the FCC and the mohawk years in pulaski were some of my best memories.People from cities all around getting together for some great music and fun and doing it with very few problems, everybody came for a good time and got along.I hope those guys and their families realize what an impact they had and they will always be the soundtrack to a lot of peoples youth.

    RIP Dennis,J.B. Steve

  • Thanks for posting this ! The 80's got in the way of this great band. So many bands had no place to fit into the 80's .
