You don't know what you are talking about
and nither does carrillo. Learn what the primary function of the Border Patrol is and
has been, to deter and apprehend illegal entrants. That includes terrorists which, of course is the latest buzzword. This carrillo got into a shit storm , wise up.They haven't been doing their job because of management incompetence and corruption.

This Carrillo got his job because he is a butt buddy of Border Patrol Chief Aguilar in Washington. Both are incompetent fools and Carrillo especially doesn't know what in the hell he is doing. I bet he got his ass chewed out big time for what he said.
