Arranged Marriage Episode 8

Recap :

Demi-*uncovers part of her eyes watching her mother walk away. Deep down Demi wanted her mother to stay and keep her company but it was all just another dream to Demi. Her mother never stayed and helped her through situations. Not since her father left them. She pulls her legs up to her chest and cries slightly a little more wondering if she should be angery or if she should be scared on what the future holds for her, her heart starts to slow down and she closes her eyes gently leaning back into the pillow nearest her window, falling asleep*

*The Next Morning*

Demi-*She slowly opens up her soft brown eyes as she feels something tugging on her black v neck shirt she had worn the day before. Her eyes were blurry from all the crying she had done the night before, not knowing what was going on she closed her eyes again gently, tired from all the crying she had did. Again she felt a small tugg from the bottom of her shirt. Lying in the smae position she had fallin' asleep in she opened her eyes again to see Maddie, smiling. For the first time in a long time Demi had seen Maddie smile. Demi being the big sister she is, she pretended to sleep once again, closing her hazel brown eyes, letting out a soft snore to make Maddie laugh.*

Maddie-*She covers her face quick with both of her hands and giggles softly, not knowing weither she should keep watching Demi to see if she would do anything else or wake her up. Maddie smiles and slowly moves her index finger towards Demi's cheek, wanting to poke her.*

Demi-*She quickly lundges towards Maddie as her eyes open fast, grabbing her by the waist and pulling her up onto her own bed. Laughing at Maddies reaction.*
Maddie-*She screams at Demi's reaction and then laughs as she snuggles into Demi's arms. Her laugher loud and bright, like she had just won a new puppy.*

Demi-*Smiles and holds onto Maddie* Goodmorning sunshine.
Maddie-*Softly laughs as she tries to escape her sisters grasp* Mom wants you to get ready! *As she feels Demi's touch, she laughs even harder for Demi started tickling her, not wanting to hear what her mom had said to Maddie to tell her*

Demi-*She lets go of Maddie and sighs* Go tell mom I'll be down in a second *She forces a smile and nods her head towards the door* If you're fast enough I'll make you chocolate chip pancakes

Maddie-*Her face lights up with excitment as she runs down the halls singing "CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES!"*

*With Demi*

Demi-*Demi laughs to herself and shakes her head at Maddies reaction to chocolate chip pancakes, she mubbles* Works everytime. *She smiles and reaches her feet over her bed and stretches. She sighs gently not knowing what would school be like with Nick. She looks over to her closet and tilts her head* Senior year.. here I come.
