I like them used cars on the basis that some moron gets hit with that massive chunk of front-end depreciation and not me. Buy that 2 to 4 year old model and it's still fresh enough. I'm looking at the '06 or '07 and usually never buy foreign crap, but this is a great value for business use and the Cadillac CTS is still too damn expesnive for what it offers. I'd love to have a Cadillac, but all the decent used ones are up in the high $20K to low $30K range. Used E350 = $20K baby!
