@pezgirrll do you know when my basenji was alive he was so quiet I wouldn't know he is right beside me and I would walk through the house calling out to him because I thought he was causing trouble but he would come out of the room I was originally in

@CrippledPotato - That was the human voice you heard singing "izzi where's the squirrel" It's just a stupid song that would get them tuned up:)

not so interesting.. i've taught my dog to howl and he's a different breed. And his howls sound a lot nicer too. Like a real wolf.

@AngerManagementBunny They have a howl at times too, but the "yodeling" is all Basenji. By the way, they are otherwise silent....the African Barkless Dog.

@xpaupx They are really quiet for the most part....not all of them yodel. They are unusual and not for everyone though. Do some research before you decide!
