lol, Iran goverment didn't cencore the Internet because of porn. They don't want their people to access to information, to see the truth. They know the Internet may arouse rebellion against the goverment, like happend in many other countries. and that's proof that iran's wrong. if they were right, they wouldn't have problem their people will access to information (cause the truth is on their side). That's battle is lost case, you can't fight the Internet.
