@TheOrphanStomper - well, there are a couple of ways you can modify the sequence.
1. From plank, you can bend your knees and put them on the floor before attempting to bend your elbows to bring the chest close to the floor
2. Put the knees down, then put the forearms on the floor and then lift the knees up and bring the body parallel to the floor.
I hope you will find these optional variations useful.

Great video! I like Yoga, but, as a guy, I have been concerned that it won't build up my upper body enough. But I see that there are options.

@FIREFOX274 If you watch the video a few times, you should be able to memorize the sequence. You can also break the sequence into smaller chunks and do them independently. Hope this helps...
