Thee is a phenomena similiar to this, called the black eyed kids. I can't remember which country or if it's been reported in all, but supposedly there's these kids that are very polite. Until they ask for something odd that is, like coming in your house or walk over here with us a second, or so on. Then once denied, they get very violent and their otherworldly nature comes to the fore, they then chase you. I read about this on a true ghost site so it's possible it is true.
