I was a USDA inspector for 4 years and most meat is not inpected with budgets cuts there was not enough of us to go around and there is HIGH pressure not to report unsafe meat and unsafe conditons along with animal abuse cause this would stop production. Most farms are supporetd by the goverment and the cattlemans allighence that are for profit only,they dont want the public to know the truth. I had to get out of this industry and wont support it any more after living it. Know the TRUTH!

BUT i'm a vegetarian for two reasons, meat is foul and the FDA turns a blind eye often. also, we have pets, but we eat animals, what makes one animal food and another friend? i don't disagree with the HSUS, i just agree that they misinform the public of their goals.

@oliviajoyh Did i ever make a biblical reference? Also, I don't take the story of Adam and Eve as a literal description of the first humans. Well I'm glad that you agree w me. Everything else your talking about is your problem. I remember spinach and peanut products being a major concern recently. The last big scare from meat was what? Mad cow disease? Maybe?? I dunno just seems like there's not a whole lot going on there.

Just ran across this one Josh, and want to say good job. I'll never understand people that blindly follow "money pit" operations such as this one. In todays world of easy access to info, anyone can easily find that what you say in this video is the TRUTH! I'm afraid some just find it easier to go along with these crooks that feed them emotional B.S. Yes, I said CROOKS! How they handle the money they con from gullible people should be illegal.

@middy444 See, this is a fundamental difference between animal rights and animal welfare. Almost everyone agrees that animal welfare, making sure and basic needs of animals are met and they aren't placed under any unnecessary pain, should be practiced. However, to believe in animal rights, you have to believe that they're equal with people. That's why animal rights people are in the minority. Animals are not humans and thus the civil rights movement comparison holds no water.

You should know that the Humane Society and the Human Society of the United States are two entirely different organizations. The Humane Society does run shelters while HSUS is pretty much the same as PETA with a bigger focus on legislation. They intentionally picked the name so people would confuse the two. The HSUS knows these policies are unpopular with the main stream people so they do the commercial fundraiser without telling people their whole agenda.

Now here is some basic facts about HSUS....131 million dollar budget yet they only donate 600,000 dollars to local Humane society's...there main focus is to make take meat off the market. so people get your facts straight!! This is just a scam to put hard working farmers out of work! and all you people for animal rights, are you pro-life or pro-choice because if your pro choice your saying animal life is worth more than a human life?! Now thats wrong!!
