HP Storageworks X510 Data Vault (Q2050A) - Review. My second video about the X510 shows you the Data Vault Console on the Apple Mac. The features and configuration options are extensive, so sit back with a cuppa and enjoy.

  • No Raid support? Then it's a no go for me. The search for a NAS continues.

  • @Spookyashell76 WHS doesn't provide RAID support which is a bad decision IMO - this maybe rectified in WHS v2 coming later this year. Even though folder duplication provides redundancy for or user files, there is no protection for the system drive if it fails. There is a workaround though - you can buy a hardware RAID module which inserts into the drive bay and provides RAID 1 redundancy - one option is called the Safe Server Module (SSM) from Tranquil PC.

  • Thanks.

  • Great vid

  • top work with review yet again
