Can someone please explain to me why if G and C have an attorney if they have not been charged with anything????? I have wondered this for months!

George and Cindy's attorney is the one in the wheelchair sitting next to them on the CBS Early Show. His name is Brad Conway. So far they have not been charged with anything according to the Orange County sheriff Department ... but who knows what will happen in the future.

Sierra, it is hard to watch all the lies, and how their whole demeanour was so different in that interview. Now Cindy wants us to believe SHE contemplated suicide too, good point about the fact she believed Caylee was alive at that time.

Actually Cindy did contemplate suicide however this was before Caylee went missing and when Cindy was dealing with all the crap regarding what George did with his gambling. There is a letter in one of the document dumps that Cindy's mother wrote.

Here is an excerpt from the Cindy's mother writing a family member:

CINDY SAID SHE HAS THOUGHT OF ?DOING AWAY WITH HERSELF? IF IT WASN?T FOR CAYLEE AND ME AND DAD. BUT WITH THE PRESSURE SHE UNDER, EVEN THAT MIGHT NOT BE ENOUGH TO KEEP HER FROM HARMING HERSELF.

Sierra, you make a good point about the suicide notes. Side note:  I really enjoy watching your videos and listening to your commentary too. I don't know anyone else (personally) that is really following this story, so it's great to have someone else have the stories bounce off of. Thanks again for your dedication to this story! :)

I agree with you Patty, If she was going to commit suicide, then she knew that baby wasn't alive. And the only reason she is saying she wants to know more, know what happened is because the media and everyone is saying they know what happened!!!

Ok, so Conway, Baez and the Ants think that all the publicity is prohibitive for Casey's chance of a fair trial? But YET there they are on a national TV talk show..and all along they have contributed to publicity?! So darn much blatant contradiction on double standards with the people, that a 6 yr old would recognize it.

Their best bet..a long time ago would be to just hush already and speak only when called upon in court proceedings.

Both George and Cindy look very somber...alot less angry than when they gave their deposition. just a follow up to my last post-Caylee was murdered. The body was found and NO MONEY was ever exchanged. If noone EVER asked for money or made threats there is only ONE person who could have done this-Casey! Could there have been another reason why someone took Caylee and Casey was afraid? Would just like to know a reason????

Caylee's life...her life?? Her families' lives?? From who?

Did someone EVER try to ask for money/ranson? Were there ever ANY threats to the family, recorded messages for ranson/money, etc? NO! So how can they believe her?

What will it take for George and Cindy to see the truth? They are supporting the murderer of their granddaughter...THEIR OWN DAUGHTER!! If Casey is found GUILTY and G & C here ALL the evidence....will they finally admit Casey is the killer?

You know, believe it or not Casey CAN get a fair trial because as hard as it may be to believe, there are still people that do not know who she is! Not everyone watches Nancy Grace and only the all news channels are covering this story on a regular basis. They need to stop saying she cannot get a fair trial.
