Shay, I'm so proud of you. I keep trying to lose weight but I just can't seem to do it. I'm gonna try again and see if I can last as long as you, I only want to lose 25-30 pounds. You make it look easy!

After following along I'm pretty set on loosing weight. So far I'm down 5 pounds. Tomorrow morning I am getting my gym member ship and hopefully I will start getting in shape. I weighed in at 165 and I'm hoping to get down to 120 .thanks much Shay.

Losing weight is really just a function of monitoring your caloric intake. You can exercise also to help it out, but you have to watch how much you eat. If you truly monitor what you eat and do not eat high calorie snacks all the time, the weight will come off. I let myself have things that I like, but do not over do it. It's awesome that everybody is losing weight. Keep up the good work everyone. Peace.
