the first one was almost good, then it's all downhill from there
seems like a mixture between a stiff leg deadlift and The Deadlift

its a snatch grip deadlift, and i appreciate you trying to be helpful, but its not neccessary on this one

i got sick, but didnt lose anything
did 70, 80x5, 90x3, 95x7 on snatch deads (wider grip than these in the vid) today
and im not "bulking"; fuck bodybuilding

I don't want to do heavy deads right now cause I always go too heavy, after my last PR, I was sore for 2 weeks straight, and because of the increased ROM of snatch deads, the upper back, butt, legs and so on are still worked hard with a load the lower back can handle more easily.
If you see what I mean.
