Me playing "Barbara Allen"

Traditional. This has been recorded by, at least in the folk circle, Pete Seeger, Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, Art Garfunkel, and John Denver. There are probably more than I'm missing.

I have a verse that none of them include that I think is important. I moved its location from where it generally is in the poem to before the Mother/Father verses.

EDIT: There's a weird buzzing sound. I have no idea what that is.

My HP laptop has a built-in webcam that I've used for most my stay on YouTube (you can obviously tell the difference from my earlier videos). I use a Logitech USB microphone for sound.

What a nice rendition, young man. Your playing is excellent and you have a fine voice -- keep it up, please! You may be taking guitar lessons, I don't know -- but you should consider some voice training. That is NOT a critcism -- I say this because your voice is very much worth every advantage you can give it. Great song - I enjoyed it immensely.

I do not take guitar or voice lessons, though. I took some voice lessons at a much younger age to give myself some semblance of pitch, but other than that I'm self-taught on both accounts.
