This does work with the IPod Touch second generation, right? In the video, he only refers to the IPhone. This sounds like an amazing product, but I don't want to spend $70 on something which won't work for me.

Don't worry, you can use it on the iPhone 3GS too. But I've come across the Sanyo KBC-L3S with 5000 mAh for $38.95 in Amazon. I am hesitating......

I Believe that the new iPhone bottom and back are going to be just about the same as the 3G...But if u take off the pin connector you can still use it

I saw this in the Sky Mall mag on the airplane, and knew I had to get it.
My only one hesitation is that a new iPhone is supposed to be announced in June. I lost $200 in accessories when the 3G made my gen 1 accessories useless. But do I want to bank on such a change and have my iPhone continuously die while I am on the go? Probably not. I may order it anyway and sell it along with the iPhone should it not work with the new model.
