Q: Sri Bhagavan, how would you recommend stabilizing the still mind and the flowering heart, while still working on our charges and awareness? Could you discuss practicing the awareness exercise as you suggested? The increments of 7 minutes, 7 times a day for 21 days straight to break the habit of the mind. This is more difficult than I imagined it would be. Would you please give us a strong blessing to help us with becoming more aware?
