Skins- Maxxie/Awar- Any Other World

Au: Maxxie and Awar like each other but then Maxxie catches Anwar sleeping with Sketch. Maxxie gets upset and turns to Tony. Maxxie and Awar start talking to each other again and Maxxie convinces Anwar to come out and they then they become a couple. Then Maxxie gets off with Tony on the russian trip and Anwar sees them but doesn't say anything. Then everything goes downhill and Anwar sleeps with Sketch again. Maxxie splits up with Anwar. They become friends again and still really like each other and Anwar gets jealous of seeing Maxxie with other guys so tells him he ca't bring people back to their room. Anwar then makes out with a random girl to make Maxxie jealous but they still ca'nt get over each other. Tony goes back to Maxxie for more but Maxxie says no because he still likes Anwar, then him and Anwar have a arguement. Maxxie then admits that he got off with Tony and Anwar admires his honesty but tells Maxxie he can't be with him because of his religion so although they both know that they should be together, they can't and they realise that they have to get over eachother

man their friendship was special.No one gets that.It takes a strong person to tell a friend who's gay that your culture/religion doesn't permit,but you still love them coz you're friends.That's true friendship.At the end when everyone left each other and Anwar was lost not knowing where to make his next move,Maxxie offered to put him up in London.No body understands what true friendship really means anymore.Sad.
