Oliver was Put to sleep on 7.6.11
Oliver..a year after being diagnosed with Toxic Shock Laminitis..this is his story so far..
He is a 15hh New Forest/Anglo Arab

My pony has lamonites, please help me, he means everything to me and he is slowly going mad being in the stable(he is VERY energetic) What can i do to help PLEASE help if you no ANYTHING.thankyou.

Glad to know that Oliver is recovering. My horse's laminitis happened because he is most likely Cushing's and Insulin Resistant. He got fat very quickly on good pasture, and we had a hard frost when he was outside overnight. He's doing well now, nearly recovered. I don't know if you can get it in the UK, but look into Recovery EQ. I saw a dramatic difference in just two weeks, and no horse I ever own will be without it. Great stuff.

@zeusnjetson08 Youve got stay strong and positive, Oliver still gets foot sore and goes lame, weve just got to battle through it
