when i want to go back in time to my childhood back in nyc..1962-63 when i was about 6 and 7yrs old..I google 42nd street 8th ave. hit street level..then I walk the streets of 42nd and times square..and I am HOME again. this song makes tears weld in my eyes..reminds me of my dear mama who left this world Oct 23 2008. she was oh so young back when this came out. so was I. and President Kennedy was the President. Oh how this song makes me wanna wail like a 3yr old lost. I miss the early 60s.
