i did this a couple years back i tried every glue i even tried rubber cement but that could easily peel off. the best glue i found was "gem tac". so ur ssying that if i kept using rubber cement and with varnish it wouldnt peel off?

@hattongirl1314 that's a good question but i don't know. all of the tutorials i saw said rubber cement. if you try it, let me know.

@hattongirl1314 Once you've got your fabric medium, pour a blob into a disposable bowl or cup. Add some glitter til it's a glitter paint. Then you can paint this onto your shoes with a paintbrush or a foam brush. Once it dries, do it again for super-sparkle! Doing it this way means the glitter won't rub off or fall off!

I did this 3 years ago and my shoes are still sparkling! I have a video with them too, if you look. :D
