(This is my new series about JoJo McDodd from Horton Hears A Who, the movie. If you don't know who I'm talking about, just watch the movie first. This is kind of like a sequel to it, only I made it. Hope you like it. Please comment, subscribe, and add me as a friend! And also watch Nick and Selena, my other series, too. And I didn't do a trailer for this because I absolutely stink at making trailers). -Lily:o)

(In JoJo's point of view)
"See these pictures, son?" he said, as we were walking down the Hall of Portraits in City Hall, only fifteen minutes ago, where he works as Whoville's mayor. He forces me to walk with him while he talks about all the duties of being a mayor. "These are all the mayors to ever rule Whoville. This is my father, Henry McDodd. And this is his father, Alexander McDodd. And all the way down there," he said, pointing to the painting on the end of the hall, at an an oil painting of a caveman covered in hair, with a mayor's badge on his fur outfit. "is the very first mayor of Whoville, Ogg McDodd." I rolled my eyes. I couldn't care less. I don't want to be mayor. I want to do bigger things.
Now I am climbing the big Who Hill behind the Who-berry fields. I picked off some of the berries from the vines on the ground, and I popped some into my mouth. I love the fresh taste of berries that are just ripe.
I reached the top of the hill, where my clubhouse is. It used to be Dr. Laroo-Who's lab, until she moved into the city. When I found it abandoned, I figured that someone should use it. That someone was me. I found it one day a couple of summers ago, and it took me three straight weeks to clean it up and fix it like I wanted it. I had everything I wanted in there. I had my books, my computer, my stash of candy and Who-berries in the old fridge Dr. Laroo-Who left in one corner, and most importantly a retractible roof to watch the stars. I love to watch the stars at night. Nobody knows this, but I am obsessed with astronomy.
