New footage of Oscar Grant shooting (with sound) (1/3)

Never-before-seen video of the shooting of Oscar Grant by former BART Police Officer Johannes Mehserle taken by bystander Tommy Cross and introduced into evidence in Mehserle's murder trial. The video has been enhanced by the Alameda County District Attorney's Office.

Former BART Police Officer Tony Pirone can be heard shouting a racial slur at Grant at 1:06.

The shooting itself happens right at the end of this clip.

This is the entirety of "Clarified Cross 1.mpg" (audio and video) as released by the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

i agree man its not all of them. my mothers closest friend is a cop and he is a good guy who really loves his job. every time i see this i cant help but wanna tear up. poor boys life was cut short. accident or not (i dont think it was a accident myself), 2 years for killing him is ridiculous. cause of his lethal force, his daughter had to lose her father too soon.

This is the reason why cops are hated by many people when they're supposed to be here to "serve and protect." I know that not all cops are like this, but the few that are deserve to be shot just as this guy was, without mercy. I hope that this cop receives street justice and ends up dead in a ditch, shot in the back just as this guy was.
