if u r using Mozilla firefox then goto "Tools-Option-security".Infron t of "Remember passwords for sites " U would find "Exceptions" tab.press that tab. U just remove all the data by pressing "remove all" button.After that you will surely get the option 4 password remember.

Go to Tools--->Options--->Security--­--->Enter MasterPassword BAM no one can do that anymore XD

Ummm this works. but it does not hack the internet. it just saves passwords from sites like facebook or myspace
