Taser shot evidence

The video posted July 12, 2008, of the man being shot with a Taser in Acacia Park, in Colorado Springs, will now appear in court November 12.

This is part of the evidence provided the attorney of the man shot with the Taser, with additional slow motion to make the point that in this video he is not interfering with EMTs at all, in fact gets out of their way without any prompting from anyone.

I say he was trying to stand on his feet and not resisting, but he was acquitted of interference with EMTs because the video shows reasonable doubt he didn't. I was busy filming elsewhere during part of this and testified to that in court. No intentional conspiracy there. If he said something like fuck you when asked to move is that really worth a Taser shot?

Whether or not this video makes the cops look bad. Your telling me 4 grown men could not subdue a man without hurting him??? WTF!!! I mean was it absolutely necessary to do that with the taser?
