@FourSixDOHC Freshman meaning new to the public and all had different styles as far music goes. Oj Da JuiceMan was the new face in the South at the time. I think its was going for the sound more than the lyrics

@jspears19 i couldn't take that class seriously after seeing 'oj da juiceman' and wiz, wiz had been rapping for how long? since what like 06? cole, sean and gibbs are ight, pill decent but cole and sean weren't really freshmen either.
there'll always be a few good picks but the credibility gets thrown out the window when you have jokers in the class. 09 was the most consistent

@bjwnavigator lil b does not 'seriously rap' he literally raps as a joke...that's why it's sad he made it to xxl's freshman class. xxl hasn't had a legit freshman class since the 09 class (ch, asher, blu, cudi)

@XJumpManReturnsX no. did you listen to Lil B's album "I'm Gay." It actually would be something good. Of course Lil B can be off beat at times, but when he's seriously rapping, it's good. Now mix Lil B's realness from "I'm Gay" to Charles Hamilton on any of his songs.. It would be amazing.
