Victory Motorcycles recently introduced an expansion to its Cross Country lineup with the Cross Country Tour, otherwise known as the XCT. While there's a few other changes, the main upgrade is the replacement of the high styled forged highway bars (also called crash bars or engine protectors) with round tubular addition of lowers that allow the rider to control the airflow coming over the lower area of the motorcycle.
Numerous owners of the original 2010 Cross Country reported some buffeting or dirty air issues while riding at highway speed. So the big question is do the new factory lowers decrease the buffeting issues?
Here's a video with MJW930 an active Member of TheVOG.net who owns a 2010 Cross Country and who had just completed a test of the new Cross Country Tour with a first-had report.
My next bike thanks for the video

It's a Victory and has MORE power than a Hardley, costs less, more room, better air management, more torque and HP and better quality and is made in the USA.
