@thecocoabeans1 Dictators and Regimes are words used in America to describe Presidents/Administrations of hostile countries or countries we deem as the enemy. It is used in a negative connotation to make them appear less legitimate. They are still heads of states and viewed as President's in their respective countries!!!!!
