to be honest i prefer this game over its prequels. even in Metroid Prime Trilogy, where the controls are the same 4 all 3 games.

that must be because, unlike you, i do like the shitload of stuff to explore

@soulripper31 i agree, i think the phazon mechanic made you too powerfull, dont get me wrong i love the prime trilogy, but i found that prime3 told u allways were to go, where as 1an2 didnt, strange how the reviewer felt the opposite! also i think the boss battles are way harder in prime 1an2, an also finding the keys at the end was hard to compared to finding the batteries in prime3! i love prime trilogy an the wii controls were perfect,u just had to keep the pointer on screen

I didn't like this game very much. For some reason I found it SO much harder to get into than the first to. And i was not a big fan of the controls. I prefer the controls the first two games had.

It's much better than Prime 3. It's just hella hard the first time you play it. Prime 3 has a lot less exploration than the previous Prime games and you don't get the feeling you're on a deserted planet anymore. Plus it's way too easy IMO. Still a great game never the less, but I liked the first 2 Prime games better.
