green day was never punk people. sex pistols, ramones, velvet underground.... those are punk bands. dont get me wrong, green day is and has always been an awesome band, but they were never punk.

Well after Reprise Records signed them the major label, they changed this album so that Tre's name would be on it. Fuck John, he's probably beating himself in the ass right now every fucking day, knowing that his old band is now one of the greatest bands in the whole world!
