Installer used was the original jailbreaking. Back before cydia replaced it for default full jailbreaking.

Or you could use IPhoneBrowser. Download it to your PC, install it, run it, plug your iphone into the pc and create the folders/put the roms into the folders. No SSH needed, and is so simple every other way is obsolete
