this is the weirdiest shit i ever seen, a little Hatchback like Civic vs a 4door luxury saloon and a 2+2 Super car ''GT-R'' vs a coupe muscle car? wtf lol

not trying to be Audi biased here but that guy talking about the A4 is just plain wrong! The BMW yes i can understand it is the class leader and benchmark thats a given.. The Mercedes tho?!?! The interior quality is so cheap, it dosen't feel luxurious at all in there. The engine is not fun either... unless you get the c63.. Imo is 3 series, then a4, then c class...

@lxcivic2k1 I love to hear people state "maintenance nightmare". The transmission issue was a small batch of 2009's that had bad circlips. These issues are history. As Jeremy Clarkson stated - the GTR created a new yardstick. The DCG transmission, launch control and it's Nurburgring numbers make it the car of the year (as it was for several magazines). Porsche PDK, Z06 (Z07) Carbon package, Ferrari 458, R8 V10 - all came about due to this car. You should thank Nissan - as we the consumers - win.

Don't get me wrong the GT-R is awesome on paper but unless I had unlimited money I'd never buy that maintenance nightmare. GT-R in a group with no M5, no CTS-V, no ZR-1, just makes NO sense. These tests prove how biased MotorTrend is.

It's funny the G8 was eligible because it was first produced in 2006 as the Holden VE Commodore, 3 years later it was exported to north america as the g8.
