020909 Pole Practice Session

Getting a little bit of exercise in .... its been a while since I've poled due to the Miss Pole Dance Australia championship .... we (my best mate Mon and I) placed 3rd in the Doubles Division (whooohooo!!!) I'm just happy that we got the courage to actually perform since we have never done anything like that before!!!

I've got my pole set on spinny mode as a permanent change for now as I really want to start mastering the art of not vomiting whilst holding a gorgeous pole move!!! Im useless as "spotting" like the ballerina's so it might take a while!!!!!

I can't even watch anyone else now that i found you. I love your strong legs, your hips, and your womanly curves. When you did the bendover on your toes (:37), and the v handstand (3:55) I could see the muscles in your legs. Priceless!
