im assuming u cant do this without the heavy duty saw,,,,so doing it at home is out of the qeustion

yeah, the frenching trick is worth a try but the final product didnt seemed shaped ideally to me either.

I work in an artisan meat market; this person is doing this incorrectly. That is the ugliest, most mangled-looking crown roast I've ever seen.
