Bet it was a great year for u that year : )
-
dude harvest them when they're ripe
-
@colinf94404 3gal, 5 gal, 10 gal.
My experiance shown me they will fill out thier pot and stop then produce "to a point of course, a 50 gal pot wouldnt fill out :P"
If you use a smaller pot thats too small, that is actually ok IF YOU FEED IT FERTZ with each watering.

How long will a smart pot last before I have to buy a new one?
I see a lot of different grow bags. I want to know which one is the best.
I want to start gardening on my balcony but dont know which pots to use.
dont want to buy pots that i can only use once or twice and then have to buy new ones.

@LordStanley1066 Hey man thanks for the feedback. I decided against doing the smart pots this year because I am jobless and need to conserve the cash flow. I ended up mixing soil conditioner in with the existing soil and planted straight into the ground. They should do well considering I live in MD and the soil is workable. I do like the smart pots though and think they are a good idea. Thanks again

howdy... what was that cherry tomato style bush that was so prolific? Nice video
What size smart pots are you using? I was planning on doing brandywine and was not sure exactly what size pot I should use. Also, do you ever have any problems with them going over in a strong wind? Thanks

@colinf94404 I have used 30gl all the way up to 65gl. For one plant I suggest the 20 or 30 gl. You must secure them to a metal stake in the ground or a storm will push it right over. Soon I will post a follow up vid to explain my setup further. Thanks for checking out the video!

Yeah, you are right on.
That was one of only 6 tomatoes that suffered from it.
Those smart pots are crazy good for preventing it. It rained 10 out of 12 days before it happened for the first time.
42 plants with zillions of flowers. All my plants in regular pots suffered heavily and are not included in my stats.......
